A 3-year old girl baby presented with heart failure. This baby had undergone intracardiac repair for a complex congenital heart condition. The cause of heart failure was incessant tachycardia. Medicines did not prove to be effective. She was taken for EP study and RFA under general anesthesia. She had a WPW syndrome and the right lateral accessory pathway was successfully eliminated. Heart failure symptoms resolved and the baby is now doing hale & hearty
